Weak policy towards China has taken away all leverage in dealing with someone like Iran. Sanctions only work if there is no alternative. It’s always hilarious to me that Iran is still chasing a technology that is like 80 years old at this point. Saddam was on track to beat them to a bomb for gods sake.
