    Election is still too far away - look for the white cop killing a black in an inner city late July, early August time frame.

    I think they will have to select a city that is somewhat conservative to pull it off, Indianapolis? Dallas? OKCity? Phoenix?
    I think Phoenix would be the place to pull it off best
