In all seriousness this is a decent read so props to Jood. Instead of trying to motivate him Sark told him it would be in his best interest to LEAVE! the program. Honorable mention Pac-12 as a Soph, should have developed even more.
Glad that Petersen and the coaching staff was able to keep him around along with Campbell. -
