Well we have a governor with emergency powers, so whether it’s a law hardly matters.

The problem is that law allows the health officer to deputize himself and make arbitrary decisions -including but not limited to detainment and compelling treatment.
That the Board of Health is considering implementing this on a broad scale is new news.

I have a feeling the line of people willing to go to peoples houses would be pretty thin.
You’d be more safe walking through a downtown LA back alley at 2am wearing an Armani suit and a genuine gold Rolex watch. -
