How about Memphis or any other team that has their bowl opponent back out just before the game?
Of course, bowls should pay travel expenses but would at least keep from shuttering this year. -

At the very least the Cougars will get a nice vacation away from this PNW snow... Because it will be highly unlikely that they find a team to play unless they can get on of the recent FCS teams that lost in their playoffs (James Madison, South Dakota State) or another team that had an opponent back out of a recent bowl game to play them.
