That’s pretty bad.

That was one of like 3 terrible calls. Still, offense only scored 10 points.

If you have to count on the refs not missing a call, in the final few minutes of the game, to keep your chances at tying the game alive...

Bingo. This isn't anything new to the Seahawks, they have been getting penalized and no calls for awhile. Difference is back when the team was actually good, they would still win by 10+ even with those calls. Now it feels like they need the refs on their side in order to have a chance at beating a better team.BleachedAnusDawg said:If you have to count on the refs not missing a call, in the final few minutes of the game, to keep your chances at tying the game alive...

NFL refs use DPI, Defensive holding, illegal contact and offensive holding to make sure every game comes down to the last two minutes.
Or they suck or they bet on the games
Or all of it
Not exclusive to the HAWKS. I've been watching a lot more NFL games and it is uncanny how a team will jump out to a lead and look unstoppable and then the flag fest -
If that happened in a Washington-Oregon game, you'd be losing your shitBleachedAnusDawg said:If you have to count on the refs not missing a call, in the final few minutes of the game, to keep your chances at tying the game alive...

That'strue.gif. I'm not saying Hooks being pissed is the wrong reaction. I'm saying that the team can't blame their loss on that one play. Don't put yourself in a spot where you need the refs to get every call right down the stretch to win.DerekJohnson said:

ATBS, Warshington-Oregon is far more important than a Rams-Seahawks tilt in week 15 when Seattle is all but mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. -

This, ratings, fantasy football, and the amount of $$$ at the bookies is definitely having an effect on reffing.RaceBannon said:NFL refs use DPI, Defensive holding, illegal contact and offensive holding to make sure every game comes down to the last two minutes.
