Not a lot of gloom and doom here and hints that the silver lining of omicron crowding out more dangerous variants is going to come true. The deadly phase of the pandemic may be over pretty damn soon. It's going to be hard for the "Branch Covidian" politicians to ignore the fact, when omicron takes over, that hospitalizations drop off a cliff.
