Watched a guy run right out of Lowe’s a couple of weeks ago, while the employees watched him sprint across a couple of parking lots and jump into a waiting car. They can’t chase.

They can but they might get fired and or sued by the thief or abundance. The only thing better about the minor beat down would have been a couple kicks to the thief's head.
