"The Seattle Police Department said Thursday that it has arrested 35 suspects who allegedly stole tens of thousands of dollars worth of merchandise taken from a downtown store."
End of Story Reactions - so the bad guys have been released and are banned from the store for a year. Yup, that's one hell of a deterrent.
"Police said the investigating officers stopped the suspects, recovered the items and issued a trespass notice, which prohibits the person from returning to the store for a year. The suspects were then released from the scene although one man was booked into the King County on an outstanding warrant.
It was not immediately clear what would happen if the suspects return to the store before their year-long ban ends."
