I wonder if this has any impact on the high cost of a College education?

Grifters gonna grift.
Add to that the government pumping the schools full of money from putting people in 10’s of thousands in debt before their 21st birthday.
Have you ever in you life heard of schools cutting their budgets as a solution to high education costs? -
College has become flat bullshit. In the next ten years you'll see the big tech companies run their own academies
Like if I stagnate for six months I'm behind. There is no way traditional curriculum can compete with how fast things move -
I'd like my country back

The waste at any college or university is truly disgusting

Yale now has as many "administrators" as students. Just think of that. Tuition is $58,000a year to negatively teach their students. This is what they learn.

Remember when Obama first ran for President and Michelle used to bitch about how much she didn't like having to repay her student loans. Same mentality at work here.WestlinnDuck said:Yale now has as many "administrators" as students. Just think of that. Tuition is $58,000a year to negatively teach their students. I’ve stated my plan to fix “higher” Ed before and will grace you guysm with it again.
Free CC for any one with a 2.5 gpa or better out of high school, but on a short leash. Any term of CC below the 2.5 and you can go dig a ditch or foot your own bill.
No aid nor grants to incoming Freshman or Sophomores at the 4 year schools, unless they are a 1%’er achievement wise. If you aren’t, then you can earn your stripes at CC and then if you are 3.5 or higher, after Soph year, then you can get your loans and grants.
And Expand CET, that’s where all the money is nowadays anyway. And offer subsidizations there as well. Not so much on GPA but attendance and aptitude.
This would require a shift for both CC and 4 year schools. But not much. The 4 years could certainly handle the CC level kids if we weren’t funding incoming Freshman and Soph’s. -

Our district offers a program to students when they reach their junior year. They can began taking courses at CC and can complete their HS requirements and earn their AA upon graduating.Kaepsknee said:I’ve stated my plan to fix “higher” Ed before and will grace you guysm with it again.
