I think there’s a ton of interaction with this position. I remember reading something about a recruiting weekend and how this position and the subordinates are typically the main hosts - at least when there’s a game.bananasnblondes said:So with this job, can this guy actually interact with recruits or does he just organize things behind the scene (like Justin Glenn was supposed to do)?
