sounds like Michigan Director of Player Personnel Courtney Morgan will join UW in the same role

Courtney Morgan is our DPP and he has done a fantastic job. He's also a Michigan alum. But he has worked with DeBoer in the past and he's a West Coast native (Los Angeles) and it sounds like he'll be joining UW in that DPP role.
The #1 thing to keep in mind with Morgan is his organization. Harbaugh is a pretty chaotic recruiter which can work fine in closing the deal (treehouse, sleepover, milk chugging contest, etc) but he needs a wrangler. That has been Morgan.
I think you will all look back at his hire as a key ingredient to DeBoer's success.

Would you consider it a homerun hire or a grand slam?MuscleBeach said:Hey everyone, haven't posted much yet but I am a Michigan guy.

So?PurpleThrobber said: -
So with this job, can this guy actually interact with recruits or does he just organize things behind the scene (like Justin Glenn was supposed to do)?

I think there’s a ton of interaction with this position. I remember reading something about a recruiting weekend and how this position and the subordinates are typically the main hosts - at least when there’s a game.bananasnblondes said:So with this job, can this guy actually interact with recruits or does he just organize things behind the scene (like Justin Glenn was supposed to do)?
