Here's what Huffman had to say tonight:

Wellington is a 2016 four-star as a running back but could be a four-star OLB or S too. Huge get for Petersen. 2016 #Scout100 prospect.

Love the pickup of Brandon Wellington from Eastside Catholic for Washington. Could be best all-around football player in state right now.

    Sounds like Miles Jack 2.0

Just got done analyzing his film.

Wellington is a superb athlete with great hips.

Why is it alway about hips? What about something else, like his buttocks?

Pretty impressive highlights for a soph. It's obviously premature seeing that he's 2 years away from setting foot on a college campus, but he reminds me of Shaq.

    @halfbrainmanmolder‌

You should lurk around a bit and get a feel for the boards. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM because I have this place dialed in.

After seeing this for the 1000th time, apparently I am still not "dialed" in ... Or maybe a lot of the halfbrains here have indeed lost half their brains ...

Remember when Kim said Nick Montana was going to beat out Keith Price?

Well, we have another update on that bullshit:

    Kim talks to the coaches.

Don't feel too bad about it being "awfully warm for February 2016" ... go read the commitment letter that Trey Adams posted ...

Pretty sure that the only guys that are giving verbals to the UW at this point under Petersen are real dawgs that bleed purple and gold ... otherwise their offers vanish as quickly as a plate of nachos in front of Fetters.

Just paying attention to the type of kids that have been giving verbals as of late, they all seem like kids that have high character that you don't have to worry about them not only qualifying (see Basham) or deciding that they want to go to other schools (see St. Tosh Day Massacre).

There's a MASSIVE difference in how Petersen views recruiting compared to Seven Win Steve. Seven used recruiting to infuse SIZZLE into the program by casting a wide net and knowing that by the end of the process that one way or another he'd end up with a full class (albeit not necessarily his first choice). In contrast, Petersen doesn't waste his time on going after the wide net from an offer standpoint and instead focuses in on those players that have attributes that are time-tested to be successful in his program. He makes an offer from Washington mean something and for the players that fit what he is looking for, he's offering a program that more importantly from a recruiting standpoint is offering what THEY are looking for.

Again, this is a concept that the Lemon Party trio will never comprehend.

This hit's it right on the head. 7 put so many offers out there he diluted the value of an offer. Peterman is being selective and creating demand.

    Fucking THIS!

He's got a plan and he fucking works it, so there are no surprises. He knows what he's getting and he has a development plan for them, as well as development of depth at every position.

As opposed to being a fucking whore and winging it, losing players for a multitude of predictable reasons, and ending up having to make depth excuses.

    I'm ALL about Peterman's process.

I'm not pumped for him to get us to hoist the runner up trophy in the new era of college football.

I'm pumped for him to bring back the new vagina national champion trophy.

I believe it was Ed cunningham after we fucked Iowa up in the 91 Rose Bowl who said something like " when, well, if we come back here next year, we're not just playing for a Rose Bowl championship, we're playing for a number 1 rock on our finger".

I don't know how that is relevant to anything, but i'm high and doogin so hard for peterman my sweatpants will be soiled before the hookers arrive.

Finally, it's fun to be a Husky again.
Not a bad idea to get one out before the hookers get there. Makes you last a little bit longer.

Again, the level of knowledge one can gather here is really quite astounding.
