I'm no big Wilcox fan but that dude is in a shit situation in Berkeley. Excessive testing and I think I read the team practices in pods to avoid cross contamination from different position groups. He needs to GTFO of Cal and hit the reset button on his career either at a MW job or as a DC at a high profile Power 5 job. That environment is untenable to competitive football right now. Before Berkeley became a quarantine state Wilcox had built Cal into a 7-8 win program. That's about the number for most decent coaches there. He's not bad, just not great.
