    She's destroyed the MBB program as well...

    Word is that Erin O’Connell took the lead on hiring the new WBB coach who has the UW WBB going in the right direction on the court and recruiting wise so far.
    No idea if this is true but with O’Connell being a former UW crew coxswain she knows the differences between winners win and losers lose.
