    She's destroyed the MBB program as well...

    Word is that Erin O’Connell took the lead on hiring the new WBB coach who has the UW WBB going in the right direction on the court and recruiting wise so far.

    I don't think she is, this time.

    But I wish do someone, anyone with the ability could bring her into a room, show Jimmy's record and then Hops, then show her a fucking cardboard box to pack her shit up and security will be there in 5 minutes.
    If she can't be held responsible for making this hire, on what basis can she be fired if the hire flames out? Doesn't that give her plausible deniability?

    No idea if this is true but with O’Connell being a former UW crew coxswain she knows the differences between winners win and losers lose.
