Because that was the position I hear all "moderates" took on that shooting. Does he now claim that both Obama and Holder were in on the cover-up? Dazzler early on before an autopsy report was even released was all in on the lie that Brown was shot in the back while running away. Being the "moderate" lying piece of shit he is, he now claims that Brown was shot "at" while running away. Of course there's no way to prove or disprove that statement.
