    It does if they had enough scholarships to play Oregon but didn't then got worse so had to drop championship. Not saying that's what happened but it possible

    Based on what we know now about the brain trust in charge of your football program, I am 99% sure Jimmy thought they could avoid playing in Eugene and still be able to play the following week.
