    It already grosses me out that we have to feign outrage and be total pussies to get our AD to do what she clearly should based on the dumpster fire we see on the field each week.

    Even worse, there will be a dog and pony show formal apology and contrition coming forth from Lake to the TV cameras, and probably counseling or rehab, too.

    But there will be no consequences for Lake's shitty coaching decisions, which are now forgotten and irrelevant in light of his vicious strike with a piece of paper to a grown-ass helmet-wearing man's face mask.

    Zero risk of physical injury. 100% devastation to player's feels. 1000% Woke Media Crisis for UW AD.

    Culture starts from the top, and I've said it before and I'll say it again--Jen Cohen talks the talk that every woke fuck wants to hear but her 'culture' is suspect. Coupled with the fact she wants everyone to love her coaches and staff included which poses some big problems in her leadership. It doesn't take a lot of digging into her resume there to come up with the reasons why she just plain sucks. Fire it from the top down.
