Culture starts from the top, and I've said it before and I'll say it again--Jen Cohen talks the talk that every woke fuck wants to hear but her 'culture' is suspect. Coupled with the fact she wants everyone to love her coaches and staff included which poses some big problems in her leadership. It doesn't take a lot of digging into her resume there to come up with the reasons why she just plain sucks. Fire it from the top down.
