This is sort of useless because old models do not account for the MASSIVE shift in the electorate in the last decade plus. VA wasn't a blue state 20 years ago. It is a solidly blue state now. I am under no illusions, a clean sweep at the state level is unlikely to ever happen again. Population growth in the cities ensures it.
