There was a sharp downturn in player effort and body language last night. The first hints, from key guys at least, came last week against UCLA. You could see Otton fighting off the disgust when Morris threw it over his head from the goal line.dirtysouwfdawg said:

It clearly spread and got way worse last night though. The receivers all looked ready to give up. The entire defense looks listless and unwilling to throw themselves around.
It's over. I know this isn't happening so I won't bother hoping, but the only thing that would prevent a massive roster exodus would be a dramatic change now while there's still some season left. Maybe a QB change would help, but I think it will take more than that. -
The dark days are upon us yet again. I call 5 yrs to dig out this time. We’ll find a flailing alcoholic that can’t keep from failing up and give us 7 wins for a number of glorious years.

I was front and center at the game and after an AZ score, one of the LBs was coming off the field, Jimmy went up to say something to him and the player literally gave him the shoulder shiver knocking Jimmy away. Yeah, something is definitely not right.chuck said:
