I had a friend that was on the very low end of the IQ scale and after a couple of beers he would actually brag about rolling fags up at Volunteer Park in the mid 80s (timwise not temp wise). Guy was Hindu, family from Fiji. He also had season tickets for the UW FB games. He got ejected from a BYU game by going ballistic on some poor innocent Mormon.
