That isn't really stolen though, the gop could do the same thing. As long as they were following the laws.

Everything government and their lawyers touch has and will be corrupted. We don't need new laws and more beuracracy to vote or pay our taxes. Simplify everything, require proof of citizenship and eliminate hundreds of thousands of needless government employees and the system will be much more accurate and representative.
