Is it possible you got the therapeutics because of your vaccination status? That would sure cook the books wouldn't it? I have no idea if this happens but if a hospital says a motorcycle accident victim died of covid instead of with covid this could be a reasonable assumption.Goduckies said:
Fair questions I do agree they need to step up with treatment before hospitalization. I was able to get the monoclonal antibodies without hospitalization, so that is a step in the right direction there. As to why they can't, my guess is limited supplyTurdBomber said:
What percentage is going home? How many patients are admitted for observation (which means big federal $$)? And why can't doctors at urgent care clinics and regular doctor's offices prescribe the same therapeutics those hospitalized patients will receive and 99% will go home with?Goduckies said:
Take a look at kootenai hospital and who is in there. It isn't the vaccinatedTurdBomber said:
Dude, the virus has morphed and it's outrunning the vaccines. Take your booster if you need to, but it's likely to be one of several more, until the assholes at the NIH and CDC start smelling the coffee and telling the truth.Goduckies said:
I did change after being vaccinated as I have asthma so I was very careful before after not so much and I got it. But was minor whereas if I wasn't vaccinated I would have been very sick46XiJCAB said:
That wasn’t the selling point. How many months did you function with no vaccine onboard and not get covid? Did you radically change your daily activities after you were vaccinated? How many months/weeks before you tested positive?Goduckies said:
Simple vaccines only make you immune for a while then it degrades... especially Pfizer, that's the one I got and I got covid.... that's why a booster is important.... but the vaccine did its job, no fever or lung issues which is the main killer.UW_Doog_Bot said:

It's anecdotal but at this point the only people I know getting it are vaxed. I'd say my peer group is between 60%-75% vaxed. It's all an eyeball test but it does make me wonder when combined with the Israeli numbers.
Look at the Israeli case numbers, how's that possible with a 90% plus vaccinated rate?
I live in California, the only people unvaccinated are minorities, why are vaccinated Whyte peeple still getting so many cases?
I also prefaced it with being my experience and anecdotal. It's fine, I get you might not understand why that matters.
And it was 6 months... so looks like it blocked it for a long while and finally stopped working. Also why they recommend the booster. And yes as a uber driver in CDA I was exposed every day. -

Oh, and likely a $6K bill.
Bad, how?

Interesting hypothesis. Seems like something that could be happening.theknowledge said:

They didn't even ask until I was getting the shots also in listening to the other people there, half were vaccinated and half nottheknowledge said:

So you had the vaccine and the monoclonal antibodies, but it was the vaccine that saved you right?Goduckies said:

I was already doing very well before I even had the antibodies.... almost didn't get them. But since I have asthma and you have to get them before the 10 day mark, I got them just in case. But I seriously considered not going because I was already feeling so well.

Anecdotal… everyone is getting colds all the time right now

Also anecdotal, I’m in a immunity supplement plan (C,D,Zinc, Quercetin) and my allergies are gone for the first time and I haven’t caught anything from my petri dish kids.LoneStarDawg said:Anecdotal… everyone is getting colds all the time right now

Colds attack the lungs. A lot shit attacks the lungs. I wasn't vaxxed and I got the Chinese Fauci flu. It didn't attack my lungs the way probably 20-30 colds or infections have in the past.Goduckies said:

She's lucky they didn't try to help her more. Soon, it won't be try; it will be force. Why would any doctor send a person with mild symptoms to the hospital? Aren't they stacking the dead like cordwood? Perhaps she needs a new doctor?Blu82 said:Wife has had some very mild symptoms since before my diagnosis last Friday.
