They're also a fumble away from going 0-2 in Pac-12 play this year and a few plays from being 1-5 in Pac-12 play for his career with the lone win against an Arizona team that hasn't won a game in 2 years.

Firing Donovan accomplishes nothing.
-
I'm also a foot short of being John Holmes.
Put up or shut up, Jimmy.
-
That settles it. UW just needs one more drive then all will be well.
Give Jimmy credit for identifying the problem and setting out to fix it. -

Nah it actually increases the chances some key pieces stay out of the portal. Obviously firing Lake is the superior move but that isn’t happening mid season. Canning Donovan now could do some good.YellowSnow said:Firing Donovan accomplishes nothing.

Strong Uncle Rico vibes from him. I can picture him in 20 years telling anyone who will listen
"If Jen just gave me a 5th year we would have won the CFP, no doubt about it. We were just 12 wins away from going undefeated in my last season" -
Ty was a "if you take 5 plays" guy.
There is nothing a losing coach can say that makes it better and nothing a winning coach says that anyone cares about either
But they get paid to show up on Monday and give us something to make fun of -
The hawt takes from the HC keep getting more delusional as the losses pile up. Good thing he already killed my soul in the first game of the season or these comments would really get my hackles up.insinceredawg said:
Good thing.
For me.
To be dead inside. -
Yeh I always crack up at people getting mad about the press conference after a loss. Like dude there is nothing they can say so why even bother watchingRaceBannon said:Ty was a "if you take 5 plays" guy.

I don't think we have lost any games so far.
We just ran out of time. -
Yeah coach speak is more worthless than message board analysis. I'm still going to do my part and make fun of him. It takes a lot if mockery to justify a salary like Jimmy's.RaceBannon said:Ty was a "if you take 5 plays" guy.

I'm done with Husky football until this sack of shit is gone. My 4 year old daughter with Down Syndrome could do a better job running this program.dnc said: -
Sark used to do that shit too...remember when he tried to say one of his 7-6 teams was really 9-4?RaceBannon said:Ty was a "if you take 5 plays" guy.

Here is the thing- football is a game wherein a small number of plays have an outsized effect on the outcome. You can't look only at the plays that went against you because, unless you were extraordinarily unlucky, a similar number of plays went in your favor.
What about Cal having a chance to win the game at end of regulation? What about Cal fumbling at goal line?
What about Oregon State missing a short field goal? What about Oregon State DB going for big hit on Kamari instead of just wrapping him up short of first down?
I'm sure there were a number of others....I wasn't watching that closely. -
At least Sarks offenses could burst out some pretty savage games and knew how to run the ball.
-
And his teams also had a propensity for getting boatraced right out of the gate by good teams...which made his statements even more ludicrous. Its the philosophy of counting any close game as a win.CuntWaffle said:At least Sarks offenses could burst out some pretty savage games and knew how to run the ball.

These comments are actually a fireable offense. Ho-lee shit.

I don't know, sermon seeker. I get what you're saying, but I'm not playing 4 D chess on this.dnc said:

Until Lake is gone, I'm gonna have a hard time giving a shit about Husky Football right now including the transfer portal.
I'm not renewing my season tickets and am mentally prepared for Owen in '22.

Fair enough. I still have a little fight in me. I’m sure it will be in vain.YellowSnow said:

And I'm keeping my season ticket money in my bank account next year

Good. I'd rather them both get canned.
