Hoffmann and I had a text exchange yesterday talking about that day. He was saying how special it was that his grandparents and family friends had made the trip to Lincoln to see the game live. I told him how I had just got back from a two-week road trip to LA and watched the Nebraska game in the cabana of the Kirkland apartment I had just moved into.
