I don't know the answer to that question but I do know that most Americans are poorly informed about what's really going on. The Biden Admin's dog and pony show where they state publicly that they are deporting Haitians while allowing the majority to stay is evidence of this. Congressional Rats like Maxine Waters play their role in duping people into believing we're really cracking down on the border. Same game was played when Obama was in office. They changed the definition of deportation to included people who were caught at the border.
