When you have no honesty or integrity it is easy to be an HH. First Denigrate and deny that the Trump vaccine will help. Then when your guy is in office declare that all those not getting the jab are idiots. Lastly use their deaths as some sort of happy gotcha moment.
Its like they don't even care about whether they get caught being a lying hypocrite!
