    This fucking imbecile in the WH doesn’t seem to understand that our biggest choke point right now is the fact that everyone is leaving medicine. Nurses, PAs, MDs, assistants, the fucking people who wash and sterilize instruments. They’re all leaving. Address that at the federal level. Get our HC apparatus working again, and then open everything up and let’s get to natural immunity. The rest of this is just fuck shit stupidity.
