Read an article yesterday that the NFL refs want nothing to do with the speed Kelly wants to run his offense and will hold the ball until they are ready. If he cant run his offense, it will be interesting. If not, it will be interesting.

There were also some differences in rules... one being that if the offense makes a sub, then play stops until the d can make a sub. Also, the refs are required to change out balls more and some other bullshit.
