Two letters went out yesterday.
1. Extended EUA for the existing vaccine candidate for 3rd booster use. This candidate with continue to have liability exemption.
2. BLA (FDA approval) for yet to be manufactured vaccine which has a different recipe which will be liable whenever they actually decide to make it.
Seems like an elaborate bait and switch. -

Total deliberate muddying of the waters to avoid liability and pump out as many as possible into the one with the liability coverage. -
