According to you Trump was destroying institutions like NATO when he asked for member countries to start paying their obligations.
What do you think the health of NATO is now after Biden's actions in Afghanistan? That was a NATO operation. There were troops in Afghanistan from dozens of NATO members. All of these countries are now scrambling to get their people out after Biden's cluster fuck.
