Jordan would have loved us when he played lol -
I was at a book signing in Bellevue Square for Bow Down to Willingham. In walks Isaiah Stanback and his girlfriend and future wife Nathalie. I had already given him a free copy but Nathalie insisted on buying one and having me sign it. She said "Finally someone is telling the players' side of the story." I always got along well with Isaiah and his dad once emailed me to thank me for standing up for his son. But I also know that Isaiah liked certain things about Willingham and I believe he felt ambivalence toward my book. I could be completely wrong, but that's what I sensed.
Anyway, that was a year before I started HardcoreHusky.com, so cool story bruh.
