Congress passing the $1T infrastructure deal today, and soon the $3.5T socialist new deal, will wipe people's income levels back even further than they already have been. It's only transitory though, say our enlightened leaders. Keep the printers going.

The GOPe voted along with the left on this. One should not forget that

The GOP is the enemy every bit as much as the democrats. And both parties have rigged the game once again to keep the outsiders on the outside

There is one voice against this. The voice you all wanted silenced along with the DC elites

This is your reward. Sit back and enjoy the rape

That's why I didn't congratulate Joe on his big win here. McConnell's corpse and the rest of his ilk are in the same boat.

Bi partisan cooperation means giving the left what they want

Remember how Chuck and Nancy and Romney worked together on the Trump agenda? Brought a tear to my eye seeing all that bi partisanship

Big infrastructure fan here. I'm sure the money will be misused to a large extent, and runaway inflation creeps even closer with this spending. As is tradition.

ATBS, our physical infrastructure is objectively a joke, and the rest of the world is running laps around us. I'm not sure I see another way to go about fixing all of our broken shit.

If the trillion was spent on actual infrastructure sure. Instead its a gateway to 3.5 trillion dollars more of leftist bullshit

So we have a trillion that won't be spent on infrastructure and 3.5 trillion more that have nothing to do with infrastructure

    I didn't vote for it.
I-5 through the Rose Quarter is 4 lanes (2 each way) and we have needed a new I-5 bridge over the Columbia for decades. They are still talking about it and there is lot of green opposition to expanding I-5. We will have spent more time winning World War II than starting today, getting any shovels in the ground. Spending money on mass transit is just like burning the money in the pile. In 2021 mass transit is not reliable and not safe. They want your guns and cars. Both represent liberty and freedom. Oregon hasn't built a major highway or expanded US 26, I-5 or I-84 since I-205 in the early 70s. One major new bridge - the Tillicum, no cars, just mass transit and bikes. We are so phucked.
