Exactly. Plus when there is no possibility of cash flow in, there is no cash flow out to begin with to make the investment. Venezuela's oil production has crashed because the Venezuelan government stopped paying the American oil companies who were managing the Venezuelan oil fields. No pay, no work. So, Venezuela is sitting on the world's largest oil reserves (which they stole) and they can't get it out of the ground because think they should get free oil. Hence, no oil.Bob_C said:
