Not one bar I've gone to more than once is on that list. I presume that's true of most people in Seattle.
This is a desperate attempt by mostly shitty bars to capture market share by showing "hipness" via virtue signaling. It will fail and 40 to 50 of those establishments will be out of business within 2 years. Cook it. -
