What changed in November and January was how the virus was covered. This gave the tyrants cover to continue being tyrants with no push back from the media or the sheep. The virus "is what it is" and has been since March 2020

Although I won’t rule out a lockdown/mask mandate I’m leaning towards nothing in Washington state. Maybe an indoor mask mandate worst case -
