    I watched a minute. It wasn't the flags on the store it was flags on the right of way. The Village was not pleased for this free pub about the flag

    It's like the old HOA non controversy. If the rules don't allow it they don't allow it.

    The flags on his store were not an issue

    There's more to it- temp vs permanent status is disputed. He's allowed to have it at that location 30 days before/after holiday which in this case was the 4th. The town then told him the Flag is not appropriate as an ornament for the 4th. Lastly, big jab from the town that he flew the flag only to advertise for his business- they showed the two flags on his business that have been there for over six years.

    Imagine the outcry if the had been an ANTIFA flag or BLM?
