I used to troll his blog with 7WinSteve handles. Guess he believed all the idiots that outed me as a duck troll.

What a hero. Accepting a 1%er job at a tier 1 football school and getting routinely blown out and gallivanting around boning girls and drinking left and right. #evergrateful

Sark mostly did what he was brought here to do:

    1) Give the program a youthful and energetic shot in the arm after the Tyrone years (free pub!!!)
    2) Re-establish the recruiting relationships in SoCal (mostly did that)

He turned off many of the local coaches and recruits though based on his SoCal superiority complex ...

He also proved he wasn't the coach to take this program to the next level since 5-4 > 5-4 > 5-4 > 5-4, his annual 3 game losing streaks, and general plungering on the road.

To say that I won't miss the above is an understatement.

What TedMillerFS doesn't understand is that the average UW fan with half of a brain understands is that with Sark it has never been personal, it's always been about business. We understand that Michael Corleone had it right a long time ago and that sometimes the "old world" still applies to the "modern world."

He's part of the "USC family." Why else would they have hired him? It's the old hire the alum from a former period of glory trick in order to bring back the old coach by proxy.

Ted Miller is a fucking egghead. He tries to be cute and funny but he's not. You're a fucking beat writer Ted. Your job is to tell us 2+2 = 4, not make a joke out of it.

If ESPN insists on hiring a blithering idiot to blog about the Pac-12, I'd prefer they replace him with an attractive female so I can at least brb jo.

Ted Miller is a good guy, but he works for ESPN so what do you expect? His schtick is to be the hardy har har, don't rock the boat, don't ask hard questions, and don't make tough predictions Pac-12 beat writer.

FWIW, I spent all of last season referring to him only as "Seven."

I believe RN is the first person I heard use the term "Seven win Steve." Definitely not a Quook thing.

The Solid Verbal podcast even had a Seven Win Steve song.
