Two NFL teams remain under 50% vaccinated less than two weeks from the start of training camp, a person familiar with the vaccination rates told The Associated Press.
As for Friday, Washington and Indianapolis had the two lowest COVID-19 vaccination rates among the 32 teams in the league, according to the person who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the league hasn’t released the numbers, which are changing daily.
The Cardinals were one of four teams that last week had not passed the threshold of 50% of their players being vaccinated, the Associated Press reported. A league spokesperson confirmed Thursday to USA TODAY Sports, however, that all teams have since cleared that bar. To date, 78% of the league's players have received at least one shot for COVID-19.
Hopkins was not the only player to speak out on Thursday. New England Patriots outside linebacker Matthew Judon wrote on Twitter: "The NFLPA (expletive) sucks."
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette also tweeted: "Vaccine I can’t do it……."

Why any 20 something would get a vaccine for a virus that doesn’t kill or seriously affect 20 somethings and is not yet approved by the FDA outside of emergency use is beyond me. And why any asshole would give a 20 something shit for that decision is further beyond me.
