    We appear to be at the point where the laws aren't suppose to apply to some people if they have a certain skin color. The guy clearly rolls through the stop sign right in front of the cop. Instead of apologizing the guy immediately plays the race card and assumes the "racist" cop is following and harassing him because he is black.

    Yes they do. Now tell me which demographic group in this country commits the overwhelming majority of all crime? Are the police harassing black people or are they harassing criminals? The guy in the video thinks this happened to him because he is black.
