  I think I saw that this kid is actually a 2023 recruit. He's so under the radar that 247 doesn't even have him listed in the right class

  Well now he's got offers from Michigan, V Tech, UVA, Utah, K State.... hate to say it but it looks like UW was first to find/believe he's legit. Prolly won't get him or anything, but the evaluating does appear to be the real deal.
