It has nothing to do with genes and everything to do with culture. It's why 1st generation African and Caribbean blacks who immigrate to the United States today do fine in our Systemic White racism system. The key to all of this no matter your race is being raised in an intact two parent household.

The bottom paragraph is spot on. There is a formula that has been proven to give a person the best chance of success in life. Go to school and graduate, stay out of trouble, major in something that has demand.
