They did beat the Nets and the Bucks are allowed to improve their team around Giannis.TheKobeStopper said:
They were kinda right though? The Bucks aren’t a real championship contender. They’re down 2-1 to a team that would have been knocked out in the first round if everyone was healthy. They were down 2-0 to the Nets and still were a toe away from losing to Durant by himself.RoadDawg55 said:
What a stupid hot take to pretend the Bucks are better without Giannis. He’s not a perfect player but he’s great.RaceBannon said:My Bucks are alive
Giannis is doing something historic. Now he needs to FINISH
Don't be afraid to embrace a new generation.
I would love to see him win with the Bucks after the media did their typical bullshit and tried to get him to a big market after last year’s flameout.
Banners fly forever or whatever but this is either the last championship he ever wins or the closest he’ll ever get with the Bucks. No one is even going to pick them to make the Finals next year, much less win it.
Nobody thought Dirk would win a title either. Giannis will make another finals run in the next five years. -

Can someone explain what these coward coaches are doing with challenges? Each in the last 5 minutes had a chance to challenge a call that would have gone their way and just did nothing. Saving em for OT.

I don’t hate him like I used to, but it does seem to be treading that way. We’ll see. Series still hasn’t started as nobody has won a road game.TheKobeStopper said: -
The media is lazier than I am. That will be the narrative. Whether it plays out is another matterBleachedAnusDawg said:
LIPO on that one. Lakers need to add a real third wheel, and AD's health is fragile.RaceBannon said:
Even if he wins he loses. Might as well not even play the gameTheKobeStopper said:

They beat the Nets by the way.
Next season is lebron v giannis from day 1if the Bucks win
I think LeBron has one more year at best, if time hasn't already ran out. Call it a Last Dance. Maybe make a series out of it.
If AD stops being a pussy and they get the right pieces we could have a last run at it
It's wide open otherwise especially if the Bucks don't close this out -
If Giannis pulls this off it could be a start to a special run
-
Rumors of the demise of the NBA may be premature
-
MLB all star game drew 8 million viewers
-
The NBA Finals could go 7 games and their total draw would be, what, 1/4 of what the Super Bowl brings in?
-
Nothing does anything compared to the Super Bowl
-
Is that number real? If so, they are damning numbers. 8m-10m? The all star game is almost unwatchable. Probably haven't watched one since 1992. It's crazy to me that an exhibition BASEBALL GAME comes within a couple million viewers of an NBA Finals game in America.RaceBannon said:MLB all star game drew 8 million viewers

My Bucks

You guys picked the Suns knowing full well who was on the roster
-
It does seem like the suns are collapsing. I need to get this series over with so I can see the absolute dumpster fire offseason moves my? team is about to make.
-
Supposedly Booker tweaked his hammy at the end of Game 2.
Bucks are going to close out in a blowout win tomorrow night. -
Guys scoring 40 points are 1 and 3 this series so far
Only Giannis won one of his 40 point games
The Suns need to ditch Paul and build around Booker. Not enough help for him this year to win it -
TSIO. The Bucks made the great decision to play the bully ball and did what I didn’t think was possible and neutered Ayton. But this series turn is all about Holiday showing up as moar than a defender and Bridges disappearing.
But can the Deer close???
