I have friends that have done this twice now. Sold while high to cash out equity then bought once the market crashes. They currently own something like 150 acres in Tennessee that they plan to build their dream retirement home on. They're currently touring the US waiting for building material prices to come back down. Even the raw land is now much more valuable than they bought it for.

It seems like every other god damned family in my neighborhood has a travel trailer for summer time use. I give them all a ration of shit for bringing out my Seattle PTSD with RV street parking.

that big ass truck I have hauls that little frigging home on wheels like it isn't even there. On our drive up here MrsIamnotLebam says "you better slow this down a little" - had no problem cruising 70+.
