In it he he recounts a conversation with an officer that were examining a Huey which had come back in with a crossbow bold stuck in it's skin.
The senior officer commented "how do these primitive people think they can defeat a theologically superior culture"
The author responded: "How does one think you can defeat a culture that is willing to shoot at a Huey with a crossbow?"

The fact that a leader of a country would make that comment and basically threaten the population of the country is the main reason we need the 2nd Amendment. I think Joe just defined tyranny, with this statement.
