Have you tried? They have pretty much gotten rid of polygraph tests in many places. Test scores lowered because testing is racist. Height restrictions removed. Drug use standards lowered etc. -

There was a period of time when whites couldn't get hired at LAPD. Blacks were given "extra" points and the only way whitey could get in was if he was ex-military as that provided a slight bump. When they started hiring people with felony arrests the insanity began along with things like hiring females with prostitution convictions etc. It's only gotten worse. Yet people wonder how gangs have infiltrated LAPD and other PD's along with records clerks and dispatchers as well as the DMV etc.SFGbob said:
