I didn't vote. I just pointed out that a lot of plaintiff's lie. I don't know enough about this case, but I'm not swallowing their claim either. Does seem pretty suspicious that there were no complaints. These were unionized officers not at will actresses putting out for a part in a movie.

Interesting that you will swallow a claim that there were no complaints though, without hearing from the officers.

    I wonder why.

Then put out the evidence of all the complaints that were filed. Unlike you, I can process new information, unlike you and the Russian collusion hoax or Hands Up Don't Shoot.

They had to be "filed" to be treated as complaints?

This one's filed, and you're bitching about it too.

5 black officers in the year of our lord 2017 just took it when whitey put a banana in front of the locker Riiiight

At a university police force in a very liberal city at a liberal university

There would have been fights and there would have been charges filed on the spot

There are lots of reasons people don't immediately complain--and that's assuming they really didn't. I haven't heard what they have to say about that.

Your position is that five black cops are just making this up. I think you're naive.

Your position is that in 2017 a black man is too big of a pussy to fight back on the spot

    Typical paternalistic white savior bullshit

Story after story about people making shit up Officer Smollet

If you took the time to you know, actually read the article, you’d see that no complaints are on file.

You should probably get back to scouring the obits for potential clients.

Funny thing is one of the black guys I worked with stopped more blacks than anyone.

And Daddy has a black friend who sounds just like Mark Meadows!
Yes I had black coworkers. Strange I know in your profession. Bet you had zero buttercup.

Gasbag already used the “filed” qualifier. It’s a dodge.

This is a bullshit story . @HHusky should do some more research on who was police chief during the time these alleged incidents happened. The answer may surprise you.

Why is it that you to continue to rely on feelings over fact?

Don’t know if they’re making it up.

Do know that you’re the most gullible/hack lawyer I’ve ever run across, “Mr. Hands Up, Don’t Shoot!”

Whatever position you take on an issue, it’s a safe bet to go the other way.

I guess they can’t teach “common sense” at the law school and in the MBA program.
