Stanford's most sensitive fan is great. They still own UW...

Is thib really overrated or is this me being a doog?
Oregon has done a really good job promoting him despite the fact that his stats are not all that impressive and many of his sacks were Josh Shirley style (unblocked). Iirc he was ranked in the middle of the pac for most of the year by pff
I don't follow him on the daily throughout the season, but he Dominated the 2019 P12 championship game that sent them to the Rose bowl and allowed them to pop off.

I think he's probably better than we want to acknowledge and Josh Shirley sacks are still hard to come by because most people aren't explosive enough to hit home.

I still remember his Hudl. It was nothing special for being #1 overall or whatever he was. What was special was when he showed up on the Hudl of one of Folsom's other players (probably one of the Ngata brothers or something). Actually, now that I think about it, it was a player on the team they were playing against whose Hudl I was watching. It was a defensive play for Folsom, and the offense got around the left edge. I'm thinking it's a touchdown, and all of a sudden this giant dude runs through the picture from the other side of the field, making everyone else on the field look like they're in slow motion, and he catches the ballcarrier from behind and makes the play. The--by far--fastest player on the field is this guy who looked like a giant compared to everyone else. It was KT. I'm like, "Ho Lee Fuck." It was clear right there that he just needed proper motivation, but the physical tools were all there to earn his ranking.

I thought KT went to Oaks Christian?

Maybe. Whatever. Point is, I was TBSing the other team, and he took over the film on one play. It was Feeneyesque.

    Great crop, as always

Wood. I’d prefer Kirkland. Looks like it would hurt less.
Ulo has Myles Gaskin energy to him. Wouldn’t wanna stain the sheets
Nor would I want to poop pancakes the rest of my life.

I haven't watched enough Oregon football to know how Thibodeaux is as an "every down" player but his highlights are fucking incredible. He's way more fundamentally sound/effective than ZTF in the run game from watching his highlights(once again, I'm just looking at his highlights so I could be wrong). ZTF isn't super effective unless he's getting upfield with a speed or bull rush. Thibodeaux is able to set the edge and then easily shed blockers to make tackles at the line of scrimmage.

    He did.

    Great highlight reel.

Vastly improved in last year’s short season.

Quick, relentless, fast, makes some amazing plays.

I watched the highlight video and came away unimpressed.

Most of those highlights were against coog, beav, Cal and Iowa fucking state.

How did Oregon not go 7-0 last year?

To be fair, the other one looks like he's coming in at about 240 pounds so there's abundance

It's because he's 6'7. It's well proportioned. His legs are old growth trunks. I bet he's 270-280. Prentice, WTF?

PS is the best preseason magazine BY FAR. He does spit out a bunch of relatively meaningless numbers but you can pick and choose what to read. He has consistently been more accurate than the others .
